Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by participant: If circumstances change and you can no longer attend an A Touch of Thread event, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to Martha@atouchofthread.net.

The refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation 31 days or more prior to the event: Full registration fee will be refunded minus $50 service charge.
Cancellation within 15 to 30 days of the event: a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations within 0 to 14 days of the event: no refunds will be issued.

As we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the conference, we must strictly adhere to this policy. Individuals are solely responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. A Touch of Thread is not responsible for any other costs which attendees may have incurred including but not limited to travel, hotel, car rental, insurance, other misc. purchases and/or rentals.

Gammill Machine Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellation of a Gammill Machine or Part order will be accepted without charge to the customer if the machine has not yet been accepted to our warehouse.

The customer is responsible for a 25% cancellation fee if the machine or parts have been accepted to our warehouse and payment has been processed.
The customer is also responsible for any processing fees incurred during refund process.

Due to committed expenses, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
